    Employee Assistance Program
    The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a set of services providing employees with assistance and support in several areas. The EAP offers services, including, but not limited to: social support for family and marital problems, problems related to the care of aging parents, and help with substance abuse.

    Education programs / Employee development program
    CAE encourages employees to develop their skills with full tuition subsidies for courses at outside institutions and an onsite training centre in Montreal. CAE encourages professional development onsite by offering software, language and specialized courses; and CAE’s CrossKnowledge e-learning portal offers CAE employees worldwide more than 100 interactive sessions and videos with content developed and presented by experts from world-renowned business schools. CAE also encourages professional development related to job functions at outside institutions through course cost reimbursements and CAE gives employee flexibility in the work week to do the courses.

    In addition, employees play an active role in their performance review through a self-assessment process that is part of CAE’s Performance Feedback and Development Plan (PFDP). CAE has also developed a full program in order to identify and develop high-potential employees around the world. Furthermore to promote employees good work, the CAE’s Bravo Program was initiated by the engineering team and consists of colleagues recognizing other colleagues. On an on-going basis, CAE in Montreal recognizes years of service with special gifts (5, 10, 15, 20, etc. years of service).
