This module will create awareness of the problems and possibilities of aspects of human interactions and herewith achieve the highest level of safety, service and well being through development of human potential.

Crew Resource Management is defined as the effective use of all available resources (hardware, software and life ware) to establish a safe and efficient flight. In this training we will focus on the “management skills” a pilot needs to develop to be able to fulfil his Pilot-in-Command tasks.

This module will familiarize you with the identification, classifying and handling dangerous goods and responding to emergencies and incidents.

This will instruct you how to fill in an ICAO flightplan.

Instructor Rating Course Basic
This module will provide instructors with specific tools in order to enhance their instructional skills, e.g. training skills, communication skills, and the ability to conduct effective briefings and debriefings.

Learning process Teaching process Training philosophies Applied instruction Student evaluation and testing Assessment of no technical skills Human performance and limitations relevant to flight instruction Hazards involved in simulating system failures and malfunctions in the aeroplane during flight Training administration Actual performance of briefings and/or lessons Instructor Rating Course Advanced

Low Visibility Operations
This module will you make familiar with operating in low visibility environment.
