Reception
Our training centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customers' safety and airline security being our primary concern, we ensure all access to our training centre is carefully controlled.
Regular hours: Main gate and building entrances are code panel operated. Regular reception hours are from 8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, during which you may report to the reception desk.
After hours: Main gate and building entrances are code panel operated. Please use the intercom button next to it should you not know the code. If you are a regular visitor you may apply to the duty operator desk for the current code. Outside regular office hours, non-course scheduled use of training facilities requires you to report to the duty operator first.
Family or friends are not permitted to enter the centre without the prior approval of the centre's management. However, if entrance is granted, our safety regulations prohibit you from taking your family or friends into the simulators.
Photocopies/Faxes/Telephones
There is a photocopier in the copy room on the ground floor. Please feel free to make copies of your training material; you will also find stationery supplies specifically for all our customers.
Please advise our receptionist or duty operator if you need additional supplies or if you notice that supplies need to be stocked up.
To send a fax to your company, please see our receptionist or duty operator who will be pleased to transmit it for you.
Telephone calls can be made from the credit card telephone on the first floor adjacent to the large coffee room. This telephone accepts all major credit cards or you can buy telephone cards at the reception desk.
It is prohibited to use cellular phones inside or around a simulator or during classroom training.
Messages
Please see our receptionist or duty operator for messages.
Lockers
One or more lockers to stow away training material are available for each customer. To obtain a locker, please see our planning and sales office. The key(s) for your locker(s) can then be retrieved in the duty operator room.
It is important that you return your key(s) once you have finished with your locker(s).
Please see or contact our staff should you have any items that do not fit in the locker(s).
Computers
There are two computers in the large coffee room: one for Internet access and one to browse training equipment snags on our local network. Another computer for Internet access is available in the coffee corner on the ground floor.
Coffee/Tea/Soup/Sodas
As part of our service, we offer you free of charge, coffee, tea and soft drinks.
There is also a vending machine in the coffee room on the ground and first (1st) floor that offer hot chocolate, soup and a variety of sweets.
Luncheon Facilities
Lunch room is available for wet-lease customers only, from 11:30 to 13:30. Wet-lease customers can order their lunch at the reception desk before 9.30 am.
For our dry-lease customers, it is recommended that you order a lunch box from your hotel during flight simulator training; however, it is prohibited to eat and drink inside or around a simulator or in the classrooms. Dry-lease customers can also order and pay their lunch at the reception desk, please note that your order has to be placed before 9.30 am.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only:
in the coffee corner on the 1st floor for customers who train on the simulators;
in the smoking area on the ground floor, for all other customers.
We kindly ask you to use the ashtrays.
We are proud of the centre and we strive to keep our building clean and tidy; consequently, we ask everyone's co-operation in taking care of the facilities.
