Reception Our training centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customers' safety and airline security being our primary concern, we ensure all access to our training center is carefully controlled.

The building's first floor entrance to the training area is code-panel operated. Please use the telephone next to the entrance should you not know the code.

If you are a regular visitor, please see the customer services representative or the duty operator for the current code. Both are located on the first floor.

Regular hours: Regular office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

After hours: Our technical staff will gladly assist you.

Family or friends are not permitted to enter the centre without the prior approval of the centre’s management. However, if entrance is granted, our safety regulations prohibit you from taking your family or friends into the simulators.


Photocopies/Faxes/Telephones The photocopier is located at the reception desk on the first floor; please feel free to make copies of your training material.

Please advise our customer services representative or duty operator if you need additional supplies or if there are any problems with the photocopier.

To send a fax to your company, please see our customer services representative or duty operator who will be pleased to transmit it for you.

You may also contact them for urgent company related telephone calls. It is prohibited to use cellular phones inside or around a simulator.


Messages Please see our customer services representative or duty operator for messages.


Lockers One or more lockers to stow away training material are available for each customer. The key(s) for your locker(s) are kept at the desk on the first floor.

It is important that you return your key(s) once you have finished with your locker(s).

Please see or contact our staff should you have any items that do not fit in the locker(s).


Computers PCs with Internet access are available in the pilot's lounge on the second floor.


Coffee/Tea As part of our service we offer you coffee, hot chocolate and soup free of charge from the machines in the coffee room on the first floor.

In addition, there is a vending machine that offers a variety of sweets. The machine accepts Euro coins.


Luncheon Facilities Cafeteria services are offered weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the cafeteria of the Fedex building, located next door to the centre. This service is available to both our wet-lease and dry-lease customers.

The cafeteria offers various choices of sandwiches, pasta, hot meals and salads.

It is prohibited to eat and drink inside or around a simulator.


Smoking Smoking is permitted only in the entrance hall on the ground and first floor levels and outside around the building premises. We kindly ask you to use the ashtrays.

We are proud of the centre and we strive to keep our building clean and tidy; consequently, we ask everyone’s co-operation in taking care of the facilities.
