Dangerous Goods
This module on Dangerous Goods will familiarize you on your role in accepting and handling dangerous goods, and responding to emergencies and incidents.

Topics include:

Dangerous Goods Regulations Responsibilities Types of Dangerous Goods Packaging Requirements Limitations and Restrictions Dangerous Goods Incidents Incident Reporting
Dangerous Goods (Recurrent)
This module on Dangerous Goods will refresh you on your role in accepting and handling dangerous goods, and responding to emergencies and incidents. Topics include:

NOTOC Drill codes Considerations in case of incident/accident
Extended Range with Twin Engine Aircraft Operations (ETOPS)
This module will familiarize you with the regulations, procedures and safety considerations that you should know before performing ETOPS operations.

Topics include:

Determining applicability, Determining diversion time, Area of operations, Approval process, Period of suitability, and Icing contingencies.
High Altitude, High Speed Aerodynamics
This aerodynamics module will review some of the hazards associated with high-performance flight regimes.

Topics include:

Coffin corner, Jet upset, Mach tuck, and Dutch roll.
High Altitude Physiology
This module on high altitude physiology will familiarize you with the cause, symptoms and treatment of physiological problems that you could encounter when flying at high altitudes.

Topics include:

Atmospheric Physics Physiological Hazards Other Physiological Aspects
High Altitude Weather
This module will help you recognize and correctly react to hazards that you could encounter while flying in high-altitude weather.

Topics include:

Jetstream Volcanic ash, and Ozone contamination.
Land and Hold Short Operations (LAHSO)
This module will introduce you to criteria and safety considerations that you should be aware of when performing LAHSO.

Topics include:

Airport markings, Lighting & night LAHSO, Stabilized approach, Available landing distance, Communications, and After landing maneuvers.
Minimum Equipment List / Configuration Deviation List (MEL / CDL)
This module will familiarize you with the MEL/CDL. These documents will help you determine when, and under what conditions you can fly an aircraft with inoperative or missing equipment.

Topics include:

MEL / CDL layout, Symbology, and Performance penalties.
Polar Routes
This module will familiarize you with the regulations and considerations that you should be aware of before flying polar routes.

Topics include:

Polar Track Structure Regulatory Guidance Navigation Communications Cold Fuel Management En Route Altenate Airports Other Considerations
Required Navigation Performance (RNP)
This module will familiarize you with the design and architecture of the Required Navigation Performance system, and will delineate the values used in determining the accuracy and reliability of RNP.

Topics include:

RNP values RNP scale RNP containment buffer Aircraft eligibility for RNP RNP in the cockpit
Required Navigation Performance, Area Navigation (RNP RNAV)
This module will familiarize you with the Expanded RNP specifications which allow RNP to be used for additional phases of flight and ground operations.

Topics include:

Track spacing, Approach and departure values, BRNAV values and alerting and warning.
Reduced Vertical Separation Minimums (RVSM)
This module will familiarize you with RVSM airspace

Topics include:

RVSM principals, RVSM phase of flight checklist, and TCAS/ACAS in-trail climb.
Surface Movement Guidance & Control Systems (SMGCS)
This module will familiarize you with the general procedures and indicators for a SMGCS operation at night or in low visibility conditions.

Topics include:

Signage and Taxiway, apron and runway markings.
Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) II version 7
This module will refresh you on the functionality, controllers and displays of the Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System.

Topics include:
