General Client Services representatives are here to assist you seven days a week. You will find the Client Services department on the second floor.

Hours of service: 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.


Name Badges For security purposes, you are required to wear your badge while you are inside our training center. Please see Client Services for any name corrections. Also, please return your name badge to Client Services when you have completed your training.


CAE SimuFlite After Hours Access Please carry your CAE SimuFlite Client badge at all times, you will need it for afterhours access. Before 7 a.m. and after 4 p.m. press the entry button at the front or rear doors and identify yourself and your training program so security will grant you access to the building. After-hours access is limited to clients enrolled only in training programs currently in progress.


Schedule Upon arrival at CAE SimuFlite, you will receive a schedule for the week that lists your ground school and simulator sessions. If the duration of your course is more than one week your schedule will be posted at 10 a.m. Saturday mornings on the wall across from the reception desk on the first floor. Friday starts should accommodate a complete schedule for recurrent courses.


Information Monitors For your convenience, monitors are located throughout the CAE SimuFlite facility. These monitors display message alerts for in-house clients, schedule change advisories, special class notifications, dining room menus, and other pertinent information.

Please see a Client Services representative if your name is listed. Messages will be delivered to you if not picked up within two hours.


Dining Services The dining room on the second floor is open Monday through Friday for your convenience.

Operating times are: 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for breakfast, 11a.m. to 2 p.m.for full-service lunch, and 11a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for sandwich bar and grill. The dining room is open on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additionally, lunch boxes are available upon request for those who want meals outside the normal dining room hours. Please place your lunch box order each day prior to 2 p.m. with the cashier in the dining room client lounge. Complimentary coffee is available in the dining room client lounge. Additional takeout venues are available from local restaurants. See Client Services for details.


Client Lounge Vending machines offering coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and snacks are available in the Client Lounge on the second floor. A variety of periodicals, and a 47" television with satellite and local channel programming are available.


Aviation Resource Center The Aviation Resource Center on the second floor contains an extensive collection of aircraft and avionics manuals and aviation publications and periodicals. Videotapes are also available for viewing in the Center. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.


Personal Computer Support Internet and e-mail access are available in the business center located on the second floor. Smoking Policy In compliance with a resolution of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board, CAE SimuFlite is designated a non-smoking facility. However, for your convenience, a designated smoking lounge is located in the third floor walkway bridge between the center and south buildings.


The Company Store A selection of aviation-related items including gifts and apparel, is available for purchase in Client Services on the second floor. Cash and credit cards are accepted for purchase of these items.


Web Site Our web site contains a wealth of information about the company. It also includes Personal Web Centers for CAE SimuFlite clients to access exclusive information and services.To get your access code, call ext.8088, or e-mail SimuFliteHelpdesk@cae.com.


CAE SimuFlite CARE Line - Ext.8111 Additional assistance is available 24 hours a day by calling ext.8111 from any CAE SimuFlite telephone. You will reach a member of our Care Line staff who is trained to help you. (Call (972) 456-8111 of outside the building).


The Dining Card The Debitek Dining Card system acts like a cash card and will help speed youthrough the dining room cashier line. Pick up your card at the dispenser located across from the dining room seating area, or inquire in Client Sevices.
