Reception
Our training center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customers' safety and airline security being our primary concern, we ensure all access to our training center is carefully controlled.
Regular hours:The Phoenix Satellite training facility operates out of the Arizona State University (ASU) Simulator Building located on the campus of ASU East. The building is open during normal university hours.
After hours: The building is locked after hours and access is granted only by use of a security badge.
All visitors entering the Phoenix facility are required to have a security badge issued by CAE or be accompanied by an Airline Instructor with a CAE issued security badge. You are required to sign the visitor log located in the CAE common area outside the sim bays (in the northeast corner of the building on the second floor). Pilots and other visitors staying for an extended length of time will be issued a badge that will cover the duration of their stay at the Phoenix facility. These badges will grant access to the simulator bay areas only. Pilots who will only be in the building for one or two simulator sessions must meet their instructor at the entrance to the ASU Simulator Building. All instructors are issued photo security badges. The instructor will accompany the student at all times and will grant access into the simulator bays.
Photocopies/Faxes/Telephones
The CAE Phoenix facility does not have a receptionist on duty. If you need a photocopy or fax sent, please see one of the Simulator specialists, who are always on duty. The ASU Pilot Development Dispatch Desk is not staffed by CAE, so please direct all inquiries to the Simulator Specialists on duty.
