Reception
Our customer service centre will gladly assist you with hotel reservations, flight bookings and reconfirmations, transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations and any other required assistance.
The customer service centre is located on the ground floor in the training building. Regular reception hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. During regular hours please report to the customer service centre.
Our training centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With our customers' safety and airline security being our primary concern, we ensure that all access to our training centre is carefully controlled. Building and facility entrances require a passing card to enter. Please put passing card on the panel next to the doors. If you are a regular visitor you may apply to the reception room for the passing card.
Family or friends are not permitted to enter the centre without the prior approval of the centre's management. However, if entrance is granted, our safety regulations prohibit you from taking your family or friends into the simulators.
Photocopies/Faxes/Telephones
There is a photocopier in the customer service centre. Please feel free to make copies of your training material.
To send a fax to your company, please see our customer service representative who will be pleased to transmit it for you.
Telephone calls can be made from the telephone on the first floor of the Zhuhai Pilots' Mansion. You can buy telephone cards in the business center on the first floor of the Pilots' Mansion.

Internet
Internet access is available on the desktop computer in the lounge.
Coffee, Tea, Fruit & Cake
We offer complimentary coffee, tea and fruit in the lounge during simulator training, as well as cake in the lounge at midnight.
Luncheon & Dinner
Cafeteria services are offered in the Zhuhai Pilots' Mansion from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch and 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for dinner.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in the lounge . We kindly ask you to use the ashtrays.
We are proud of the centre and we strive to keep our building clean and tidy; consequently, we ask everyone's co-operation in taking care of the facilities.
