Installed in May 2002, the simulator meets ICAO Level II/D qualification and is an Airbus approved simulator providing entitlement training within the region. It was the first A320 full-flight simulator to be installed in South East Asia and has served several leading legacy airlines in the region, including the Regional Wing of Singapore Airlines and SilkAir. More recently, it has begun to attract several low cost carriers.
