EU-OPS is applicable to all aircraft registered or operated commercially in the European Union. Regulation 3922/91 on the harmonization of technical requirements and administrative procedures in the field of civil aviation, including Annex III on the operation of aircraft for the purpose of commercial air transport, known as 'EU-OPS' became applicable to EU member states as of July 16, 2008.
An operator must ensure that all operating flight and cabin crewmembers have received training that complies with the EU-OPS requirements.
CAE Training and Services, Amsterdam provides training in compliance with these requirements and deliver them through class room training, the web and/or by using a simulated training environment. Training can be offered in accordance with the operator’s requirements. The training courses are listed and described in the course catalogue.
To assure that training is up to date; CAE regularly monitors numerous authority regulations and amends the courses accordingly.
