Selection criteria
Airlines and business jet operators have specific requirements when hiring cabin crewmembers. When applying for a job in the Netherlands, most airlines and business jet operators request the following basic requirements:
Basic requirements include:
- HAVO diploma (school of higher general secondary education) or MBO 3 diploma (intermediate vocational education)
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
- Height between 1.58-1.90
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Eyesight: prescription between -5 and +5.
- Ability to swim
