The University of Montreal simulation centre trains all undergraduate medical students in both technical and soft skills. By working with the university’s faculty, CAE Healthcare develops simulation-based undergraduate medical training workshops for 240 students every week, ramping up to 720 students per week by 2011. The center is ready to host external clients on evenings and weekends.

“We are proud to be one of the first to use CAE’s extensive knowledge in simulation-based training to create, together, courses that will radically change the way healthcare practitioners are trained today,” said Dr. Jean Lucien Rouleau, Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Université de Montréal and President of the Réseau Universitaire Intégré de Santé (RUIS).
