

CAE has launched a newly redesigned CAE Customer Service Portal (the “Customer Portal”), providing customers with direct and personalized access to their project information when and where they need it.
The Customer Portal provides a clear navigation from the homepage to SIMissues; STEP1; PARTS hotline; technical support and to each customers’ in-house CAE service representative. In addition, new features have been added, including ‘My Dashboard’, ‘My Support Centre’ and ‘My Service Centre’ which include online ordering of spares and repairs, order status, new project tracker interface, new visuals and update services.
