With a global customer base, we've taken steps to extend our services across the globe with our parts distribution centres strategically placed worldwide. The services of world-class couriers have been linked directly into our delivery process, enabling faster deliveries for hardware requirements. We offer a variety of service level options for customers to choose from to suit repair needs. Routine orders follow our standard repair process.
A replacement unit is shipped within 48 hours with the exchange service, and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) service is given top priority 24 hours a day, 365 days per year by calling our parts hotline.
