Emirates-CAE Flight Training signs four contracts for pilot and technical training


EBACE 2009, Geneva, Switzerland, May 13, 2009 – Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT) announced today at the European Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (EBACE) the signing of contracts with four customers for customized pilot training at the Dubai centre. The training programs will include simulator training, enhanced classroom-based training and crew resource management (CRM) for Hawker and Gulfstream aircraft platforms.

International JetClub
International JetClub has signed a three-year contract with CAE to provide part of the recurrent pilot training for its Gulfstream 450 and Gulfstream 550 aircraft. International JetClub, based in the United Kingdom, manages and operates a fleet of aircraft on a global basis. It specializes in providing advice, management and sales solutions for private individuals and companies who own or wish to own an aircraft.

Petroff Air
Petroff Air has signed a three-year contract for both pilot and technical training for its Hawker 800XP. Petroff Air is a Moscow-based private aircraft operator and management company.

Easy Fly
Easy Fly has signed a three-year pilot training contract for its Hawker 800XP pilots. Easy Fly provides VIP charter services to customers seeking access to destinations in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa as well as the Saudi Kingdom and Gulf States.   

Executive Air Services
Executive Air Services (EAS) has also signed a three-year pilot training contract for its Hawker 800XP pilots.

About Emirates-CAE Flight Training
Emirates-CAE Flight Training is located close to Dubai International Airport and is jointly operated by the Emirates Group and CAE. Approved by both the JAA and the FAA, the facility offers training to commercial airlines and business jet operators in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. The 14-bay centre currently houses 10 full-flight simulators: two Airbus A320/ACJs, an Airbus A330/340, a Boeing 777, two Boeing 737 NG/BBJs, a Gulfstream IV and a Gulfstream V/550, a Hawker 800/800XP and a Bell 412 helicopter simulator. The next two FFS platforms ECFT will add are the Global Express and the Hawker 800XPi.
