Joseph Grady is Director of Business Development, CAE Defense & Security located in Arlington, TX . CAE supplies training systems and services, including flight simulators and maintenance trainers to the U.S. Armed Forces, militaries worldwide and commercial organizations.

Grady assumed the position of Director in 2020 and is responsible for the development and execution of strategies and plans to identify and capture U.S. Army and helicopter training business opportunities.

Previously, Grady served as Senior Manager, Strategic and Competitive Analysis, supporting the sector's strategic development efforts. Other positions held included Acting Director of Accounting and Finance for L3 Technologies DPA, and Program Manager, U.S. Navy F/A-18 C/D Training Program.

Before joining CAE, Grady was a Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent five years in public company audit with a focus in the technology and telecommunications sector.

He is a certified public accountant licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Grady has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Harding University.

Joseph lives in Mansfield, TX with his wife, Anna, and three children.

Rodrigo Osorio is an Aerospace Engineer and holds a Master level degree in Engineering Management. Rodrigo has 23 years of experience in supporting the acquisition and sustainment of complex aerospace systems in the ADF.

His technical specialties include avionics systems, Remotely Piloted Vehicles, aircraft certification and aircrew training systems. His program management experience includes contract development (ASDEFCON), project management, Verification and Validation, and Systems Engineering.

Rodrigo leads CAE's business development efforts in the Indo-Pacific region for CAE, developing aviation training solutions for Australia, Japan, Taiwan and others.

Michael Priddin is a Business Development and Program Manager with 13 years of experience working with aerospace defence programs in Australia supporting the acquisition and sustainment of complex aerospace equipment. Michael boasts an extensive 20-year career as an Army Officer with experience including flight operations management as a rotary wing pilot, both domestically and overseas.

Michael’s specialties include flight operations and aircrew training systems. Michael leads CAE's business development efforts in the Indo-Pacific region, developing training solutions for rotary-wing operators in Australia, Japan, Taiwan, and others.

Dr. Regan J. Patrick is the Chief Learning Officer for CAE Defense & Security, based in Washington, D.C. He is responsible for identifying, developing, and applying scientific methods, instructional strategies, and learning technologies in the design, implementation, and delivery of global training solutions. He is also responsible for assessing and establishing CAE’s Defense and Security multi-domain training strategies.

Dr. Patrick retired from the U.S. Air Force after a 26-year career as an officer and HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter pilot. He served multiple command and leadership tours, and has over 2,400 hours of flight time in the T-37, UH/TH-1H, HH-60G, CV-22, MC-130H/J, and F-16D. He participated in multiple contingency operations around the world, including Operations DESERT STORM, SOUTHERN WATCH, ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, and Joint Task Force-KATRINA.

Dr. Patrick joined CAE in 2018 as Program Manager for the $250M KDAM ATARS contract, leading a team of over 300 employees to provide academic instruction and simulator training to 1,800 USAF aircrew students annually. He brings both an operational and academic perspective to CAE’s D&S team, focused on synthesizing innovative instructional design with leading edge educational technology to satisfy customer requirements in demanding, complex training environments.

He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California (USC), a Master of Aeronautical Science Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University. He is a graduate of the USAF Air War College and a former Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Master Instructor. Dr. Patrick taught as adjunct faculty at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Worldwide Campus for 11 years. He is an IRONMAN triathlete.

Gary has had roles in technology development and marketing of simulation solutions for over 30 years. In that time, he has worked developing and commercialising simulations in flight, driving, manufacturing, energy, entertainment, healthcare and now defence. Having developed simulations using computer game engines for customers, he completed a PhD on the validity of using game technology for the development of technical and non-technical skills. He has been with CAE for 13 years and lives in Brisbane, Australia.
