Conducting the orchestra
The project management organization achieves results through the successful and timely completion of project-related activities and the management of cross-functional teams. This team attracts and mobilizes talents within the organization to work towards common goals and deliverables.
To achieve our goals, the Project Administrators and analysts who are part of the Project Management Office (PMO) define and maintain standards for project management within the organization. The PMO strives to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects. It is the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.
Project Managers also play a key role in our relationships with our customers by maintaining a positive and mutually beneficial relationship.
