The Quality and Continuous Improvement (QACI) groups ensure that effective quality assurance is achieved through independent and proactive inspection, evaluation, witnessing, monitoring, analysis, auditing and reporting of projects, products, and services. The QACI groups ensure that all contractual, regulatory and statutory requirements are met to exceed our customers’ expectations for quality.

Under the Continuous Improvement banner, CAE processes are continuously improved to ensure that quality is built in earlier in the delivery life-cycle. Problem prevention is emphasized and nurtured.

The Quality and Continuous Improvement groups at CAE are the voice of the customer inside our organization. As such, they have a key role to play to ensure that customers are not only satisfied but elated in their dealings with CAE.
