Description:

The CAE User Conference is an unique event organized to provide insight on the latest developments in CAE’s training equipment suite. It offers the opportunity to exchange and build a network with colleagues in the training industry. The various presentations, demonstrations and workshops are created with your learning in mind.

This year we will explore the Flying in a Digital World theme, where you will be given the opportunity to expand your knowledge and explore different avenues with the following tracks; Customer Experience, Innovation and Regulations.

Q. I would need a visa or an invitation letter to participate to the User Conference. Where can I get one?

The User Conference Team can issue the letter for you.  We need passport information.  Please send us a request to [email protected]

Q. I am planning to attend however I did not receive an invitation or I cannot find the email anymore. Who should I contact to get one?

Our User Conference is on invitation only.  It will be our pleasure to send you an invitation if you have not received one.  Please contact your Customer Experience Lead or send us an email to [email protected]

Q. I have heard that an App will be available this year.  Do you have more details?

Our App will be available for download a few days prior to the event.  We will post more information in one of our NewsLetter.

Q. Where will the Welcome Reception be held on Monday May 13th ?

Welcome reception will be held at the Marriott Chateau Champlain in Maisonneuve rooms on the 36th floor.

Q. Where will the Evening Dinner be held on Tuesday May 14th ?

Evening Dinner will be held at the Time Supper Club nearby the hotel.  It is at 10 minutes walking distance.

Q. The conference is held at the Marriott Chateau Champlain however the last day (Thursday May 16th) is at CAE.  How do I get to CAE?

We are organising a bus from the hotel to CAE early in the morning.  The agenda includes the exact time.
