CAE (NYSE: CAE; TSX: CAE) revealed today at the 2016 World Aviation Training Symposium that Turkish Airlines is one of the undisclosed customers mentioned in CAE's press release dated April 12, 2016. CAE has expanded its training contract with Turkish Airlines to support the airline's growing pilot training needs in Europe.

The agreement covers Initial Type-Rating Training, Cross Qualification Training (CCQ) and Initial Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) / Type-Rating Instructor (TRI) courses. The training programs cover all of the airline's aircraft fleet, including A320, A330/340, Boeing 777 and Boeing 737NG. The training will be delivered across CAE's training centres in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Copenhagen, London Gatwick, Madrid, Rome and Stockholm until December 31, 2016.

"We are delighted to further expand our relationship with CAE to support our growing training need," said Captain Sedat Sekerci, SVP Flight Training of Turkish Airlines. "We are confident that CAE's complete range of training programs will provide a substantial added value to our crews' professional competences."

"We are honoured to extend our relationship with Turkish Airlines by supplying the most-advanced training solutions to support its steady growth," said Nick Leontidis, Group President, Civil Aviation Training Solutions at CAE. "I would like to thank Turkish Airlines for its support and confidence over the past 10 years as a CAE customer and partner. We are proud to have provided the airline with over 6 simulators and provided cadet to captain training programs over the years."

CAE has been Turkish Airlines' training partner of choice for over 10 years, for cadet to pilot type-rating training, to instructor provisioning services and for the delivery of innovative training equipment.
