The business aviation sector will require 102,000 new professionals over the next decade, driven by sustained growth, technological advancements, and the critical need to replace retiring professionals.

This demand includes 33,000 new business aviation pilots and 69,000 new business aircraft maintenance technicians. It is primarily driven by the need to replace talent who will be eligible for retirement. Meanwhile, the forecasted growth is fueled by increased demand for private travel, the rise of fractional aircraft ownership, and the introduction of innovative business jet models with advanced technology and improved performance.

To meet this demand, as an industry, we must propel the next generation forward by promoting careers in aviation, leveraging learning technologies and fostering career development.
