Students are an integral part of our teams. Our Co-ops are called upon to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment by working on concrete projects, enabling them to develop their technical skills and gain experience in a professional environment. Yes, our Co-op positions are paid.
During your Co-op, you will have the opportunity to discuss your career intentions with your immediate supervisor. Depending on the needs of the team and your situation, you may be offered an extension of your current mandate or be put in touch with other teams within CAE to help you explore other fields or opportunities at CAE.
In the Spring and Fall, students typically average 15 hours a week with a maximum of 29.9 hours a week. In the Summer, students typically average 29.9 hours a week. At CAE, working hours are flexible to allow employees to balance their work and personal life easily.

We offer Co-op opportunities throughout the year in line with university recruitment schedules. Join our CAE USA Student Talent Community and set up a job alert to be notified when a new position is posted.
Your application undergoes initial review and pre-screening to assess your qualifications. If selected, you will move to the interview phase, where you will discuss your experience and fit for the role. Successful candidates will then receive an offer letter for their acceptance.
