Task Analysis

CAE’s approach to training solution design starts with analyzing the core missions and operational tasks of our defense and security customers. With a thorough understanding of our customer’s mission needs, in collaboration with them, we determine how to best deliver the comprehensive training solution to help achieve readiness. 

The rigorous initial evaluation considers our customer’s training objectives and doctrine; student skillsets and prior experience; economic, environmental, social, and political considerations; organizational and resource constraints; and many other factors.

The task analysis consists of observing how tasks are currently performed to achieve the goals. The tasks are then compared with those required to be performed with future operational capabilities to determine the gap between current and future desired performance.
