Maritime Command & Staff Training

It is important that an Operational Commander and his Battle Staff train together to ensure forces that come under command are employed effectively to achieve operational success. This training can be accomplished without live assets using constructive simulation. CAE has extensive experience in the delivery of complex joint exercises at both the tactical and operational level with systems and processes that can be applied to maritime as well as multi-domain operations. Realistic scenarios ranging from embargo operations or disaster relief to full-scale warfighting can be created to allow the Battle Staff to practise planning and executing a mission without the need for live assets.
