Presagis has reached a purchase agreement with TXT, an international IT group based in Milan, Italy, for the acquisition of the Embedded Graphics (EG) business. As an end-to-end provider of consultancy, software services and solutions, supporting the digital transformation of customers’ products and core processes, TXT will continue to develop and grow this business to its full potential. Customers impacted by this change have been notified of the details of this transition.
