CAE has been selected as the Strategic Partner to the Government of Canada, working in collaboration with the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) to co-design and co-develop the Future Fighter Lead-in Training (FFLIT) program. This program will prepare and train pilots to operate Canada’s advanced fighter aircraft.
The introduction of the F-35A to Canada requires a new generation of fighter pilots trained on advanced systems. FFLIT addresses the challenge of preparing pilots for high-performance jet operations through immersive training environments. CAE’s solution supports skill development in complex mission scenarios, reducing the burden on operational squadrons and instructors.
