Corporate Press release

CAE proudly announces the release of its FY25 Global Annual Activity and Sustainability Report, reaffirming its commitment to embedding sustainability into every facet of its operations and strategy. This year’s report reflects CAE’s sharpened focus on science-based decarbonization, ethical governance, and stakeholder-driven transparency.

“This year’s report demonstrates how we are amplifying our impact through innovation, operational excellence, and a steadfast focus on delivering business value,” said Marc Parent, CAE’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

“At CAE, sustainability is a core business driver and our FY25 report reflects the maturity and consistency of our journey on what matters most for our stakeholders and the sustainable growth of the business,” said Hélène V. Gagnon, Chief People and Sustainability Officer (CPSO) at CAE. “We are proud to lead with integrity, transparency, and a relentless drive to create long-term value for our stakeholders.”

CAE’s FY25 Global Annual Activity and Sustainability report highlights progress in aligning growth with climate action. Despite a 10% increase in business, carbon emissions remained stable, demonstrating the impact of targeted efficiency and strategic investments. The company’s science-based decarbonization strategy, with near-term targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), reinforces its commitment to intentional measurable emissions reductions. A shadow internal carbon price (ICP) has been developed and will now progressively empower CAE to embed climate considerations into business planning and investments. CAE’s award-winning supplier engagement program is also driving industry-wide resilience and competitiveness by delivering both operational and carbon-related benefits beyond our own operations.

On the social and governance front, CAE is reinforcing its integrated approach to sustainability. The Chief Sustainability Officer’s expanded mandate now includes Human Resources, aligning people strategy with sustainability goals and strengthening culture, talent attraction, and engagement through the Sustainability Committee. CAE is also investing in employee well-being, professional development, and community partnerships that foster long-term social impact – reinforcing its new employer brand as a purpose-driven, people-centered organization.

Reflecting CAE’s commitment to transparency and accountability, the FY25 report features enhanced disclosures aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) frameworks – ensuring stakeholders have access to high-quality, relevant, and auditable data. The full report is available on CAE’s website.
