Andrew Arnovitz is Chief Strategy Officer and a member of CAE’s Executive Management Committee. In this role, he leads the company’s global strategy, growth planning, and enterprise risk management.
Earlier in his career at CAE, Mr. Arnovitz played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic transformation from an industrial products manufacturer into the global leader in aviation training solutions, with more than 60 percent of annual revenues generated from recurring services.
Mr. Arnovitz also leads CAE’s global investor relations program and has served as the company’s principal liaison with the investment community for more than two decades. He is widely recognized among the world’s leading investor relations professionals and has been named a TopGun Investor Relations Officer by Brendan Wood International.
Mr. Arnovitz holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University. He earned an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, where he was an Ivey Scholar. He has also served as a guest lecturer on strategy at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business and McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management.
