Samantha Golinski is Senior Vice President, Communications at CAE and a member of the Executive Management Committee. In this strategic role, she is responsible for shaping and leading CAE’s global communications agenda, guiding how the company tells its story to ensure consistency, clarity, and resonance across employees, customers, investors, governments, and partners. Her mandate spans CEO, corporate, business units, technology, and financial communications both internally and externally. She also leads media relations, brand stewardship, reputation management, public affairs, stakeholder engagement efforts, and acts as a company spokesperson.
Ms Golinski began her career at the Royal Bank of Canada, where she held progressively senior roles in banking, sales and management. She joined CAE’s Communications team in 2013 and most recently, Ms. Golinski served as Vice President, Public Affairs and Global Communications. She was previously Director, Global Customer Experience for Business Aviation and Helicopter Training at CAE, where she led the development of a global vision, strategy, and roadmap for the creation of a world-class customer experience at CAE’s training centres worldwide.
In 2025, Ms. Golinski received the Elsie Award in the Business category from the Northern Lights Aero foundation, which recognizes outstanding women in aerospace. She co-chaired the CAE-Centraide campaigns in 2023 and 2024, both of which raised well over $1 million, and she founded Mozaic, CAE’s employee resource group for employees with special needs and their families. She currently serves on the boards of Aero Montreal, Quebec's aerospace cluster, La Fondation les Petits Rois and The Lighthouse, Children and Families, and co-chaired their 2025 fundraising gala, raising over $500,000.
Ms. Golinski holds a Bachelor of Arts, specializing in Political Science and Government from McGill University, and is a member of the Quebec Society of Public Relations Professionals.
