CAE Montreal

Our training centres are open 24/7 except for New Year's Day (January 1^st) and Christmas Day (December 25^th).

Our Montreal facilities require specific access for employees and visitors. Upon arrival, all visitors are required to check in at the security desk.

The CAE Montreal facility has five main entrances: the main lobby (Door 1) for general visitors, employees, and candidate interviews, Door 2 for airline training, Door 3 for business aircraft training and NAV CANADA trainees and instructors, while Doors 4 and 5 are typically used by employees and suppliers.

By car (from Montréal Trudeau International Airport):

• VIA Rail (www.viarail.ca/en) and Exo Train Services (www.exo.quebec/en) serve the area.

By bus:

• STM bus lines 100 Crémazie and 202 Dawson stop at the centre’s door (www.stm.info/en).

Hotel shuttles:

• Many local hotels provide shuttle services to CAE facilities.

CAE Montreal has a parking reserved for employees and visitors free of charge. Trainees have access to client parking conveniently located near the Training Centre, at Door #2.

CAE partners with local travel agencies to support hotel bookings and ground transportation during your training.

Support includes preferred‑rate rental cars, transportation between the airport, hotel, and training centre, and local area recommendations to help you prepare for your stay in Montréal.
