Our Customer Care team provides technical support for you on platforms such as CAE Crew Training App, Active Reader and Pelesys. They can also answer general questions about your schedule or who to contact to book your next training. Whether it’s by phone, chat or email, the team is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Travel Assistance

CAE has partnered with local travel agencies to assist with all your hotel and ground transportation needs. Travel support is located on-site at all global training centers and can be reached directly at the following to provide assistance as needed.  We can also arrange rental cars at a reduced rate for airport, training facility or hotel pickup, and can assist with ground transportation from the airport to the hotel, or the training center. They can also provide location information in preparation for your arrival to the area as well as recommendations for restaurants and any other local amenities and attractions you seek during your visit. Our training centers all offer a variety of amenities, explore what each global facility will provide you during training.
